My Five Point Plan for Improving San Francisco

1. Better biking infrastructure
2. Public access along the entire waterfront (park, restaurant, running path etc)
3. One-click permitting & approvals for small businesses
4. Turn Market Street into a canal from the Embarcadero to Union Square - pedestrian / bike footbridges, outdoor seating, maybe even autonomous gondolas
5. Fashion police — $25 fine for wearing 3+ synthetic/atheisure items at once (revenue funds the earthworks in #4)
